Production of lightweight MDF sheets    ( MIP-MDF)

In recent years, there has been a great demand for coated panels in countries such as Brazil, Turkey and some European countries; coated panels are very practical for climate areas that experience high annual humidity and environmental factors cause minimal damage to these panels. Many companies have set up production lines for coated panels with impregnated decorative papers in response to the demand of the target market. A lot of waste is generated in these factories, about   tons per year for impregnated paper

have achieved, according to a lot of research, the construction of a new panel called   MIP-MDF In the construction of this panel, impregnated paper waste that is created during the coating process is used. The tensile and bending strength tests and the fracture in width and length of this panel have had good results. The construction of this panel is made from a combination of 20% impregnated paper waste with 80% resin during  four minutes press  The dimensions of the waste used in this panel are 3.5 mm  in length and 2-3 mm  in width, which are immersed in resin with PH seven and MIF and after creating a panel cake, it is baked at very high pressure for about 4   minutes

Due to the 4 mm longitudinal dimensions of these wastes, a very high level of intertwining is created during the production of cake panels, which creates great strength in holding the pieces together when screwed and connected between these panels. As a result, the use and demand for these panels in the production of wooden products has been increasing in recent decades.
